Anna Nicole Smith's bodyguard, known as Big Moe, testified in court (under oath) that in 2006, while they were all in the Bahamas, he saw Howard K. Stern put liquid Valium in a syringe in order to give it to Anna.

According to Big Moe, Howard K told him that he and Anna had discussed and decided on this new way of taking the drug because the effects are immediate. When she took it in pill form, it took too long to feel the medicine.

By eye witness accounts - Big Moe saw Howard literally cooking the Valium until it liquefied and then he put the liquid into a syringe - the he intended to stick into Anna Nicole's body.
